One tip good to know in an emergency SHTF situation is if a diabetic person took too much insulin and their blood sugar has dropped to dangerous levels and there is no medical care and likely no orange juice available you can give them a tablespoon of honey. Honey is absorbed easily – chase it with some warm water for even faster absorption in the stomach.
